I bought a van from here a few months ago now. I wanted to wait to see how it went. I honestly can say that I'm really impressed with the service and have recently recommended to a friend who purchased their van from here today.
They will cater for requests and will get the van up to A1 condition upon sale.
I asked for a different seat and a part ex and it was hassle free.
I was treated with respect from the start whereas others locally treated me like I was an inconvenience. Trust and use with confidence.

Brought my Ford transit couple of months ago and this garage have been nothing but amazing. Honestly! I had a slight problem after purchasing the van and they sorted it out straight away.. you can’t ask for more than that so I’m giving these guys 5 star plus all day. Thanks John and Rebecca I absolutely love my van 👌 would 100% recommend them.

I purchased a Van a few months back.
I was instantly impressed by John, Rebecca and the mechanics who were all really knowledgeable and amenable and helped me choose a van to my liking.
There were a few hiccoughs from my side with insuring a van and they were more than happy to move across my deposit from one van to another to find one that I could insure.
I bought the van and was really happy with their service from start to finish. I thought about leaving a review there and then, but thought I would wait a little while to see how they were if there were any issues further down the line.

I had a couple of issues with a sensor which they sorted without any complaint, taking me to and from the train station to while the works were being carried out.

Just a couple of days ago the clutch went and it was back in (just one of those things)
Again they bent over backwards to help me out. Just picked it back up fixed today.

So yeah, after a few months with the good the bad and the ugly they have come out with top marks from me all round!

I called corngreaves Autos cradley ltd today about my new van, i spoke to Rebbeca who helpful and was happy to hold the van for me until i arrived, i then met john who showed me the van, took us out for a test drive and explained everything about the van thoroughly. It was the exact description as the ad on carguru said, for anyone looking for a van i would highly recommend these guys 100%

Recommend corngreave autos. Had my van from here but had issues with clutch after a couple weeks. Took it back. Rebecca and John were great. Booked van in for repair and sorted me a loan van so I wasn't off road for work. Real nice and friendly

Bought my Combo Van from John and Rebecca lovely solid van had a bit of a knocking underneath where previous Owner /Garage Forgot to tighten a Roll Bar Bolt up, took it back to Corngreaves and Mechanics sorted it straight away. If you need a Van i Recommend this Garage they are Brilliant. 10 STARS
